Convenience close to everything was a plus, but the staff definitely needed an attitude change; they were not friendly at all, Starbucks wasn’t even open, and there was no complimentary coffee—location was fine, but I probably won’t rebook here; the staff at the Bradenton riverfront location was amazing, and I think the Clearwater employees should be trained by the Marriott in Bradenton waterfront.

The location was great and the staff were great, but having to pay $38 per day for parking and an extra $30 per day resort fee felt absolutely criminal.

The location is great and the staff were very nice, but the hotel itself isn’t very appealing; it has everything you’d expect from a Marriott, yet everything feels “grey” and lacks the vibe you hope for on vacation.
