“Uncomfortable stay in a soso location”
The staff were generally polite and helpful, and the laundry service was convenient. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Myeongdong is within walking distance. The check-in entrance is hidden behind a bar, making it difficult to find. The sofa has no backrest, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The surrounding bars are extremely noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is also poorly designed. The sink’s awkward shape causes water to splash and spill onto the surrounding area, while gaps in the shower enclosure allow water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Several of the towels provided were dirty. Additionally, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was unusually loud and emitted an unpleasant bathroom-like odor. Overall, the poor room design, cleanliness issues, and excessive nighttime noise made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing
