The owner was aggressive at the front desk, and the rooms were tiny with small windows that let in a lot of noise. The bathroom was unreliable, the bathtub had no faucet, and the sheets weren’t changed between dinner and breakfast. We had to wake the staff to get breakfast on time, and the access path was unsafe.

What we’ll remember about this place is the warm welcome and the staff’s kindness. They’re willing to help and try to meet guests’ needs even when the conditions look tough, but it feels like they lack support from management. We were disappointed by several things: some rooms, including ours, had no hot or cold water, the rooms weren’t the ones we had booked, and there was a clear lack of organization at check‑in because our names weren’t even recorded. The manager’s first impression was pleasant, but that doesn’t make up for the problems. The hotel’s management is unprofessional and sloppy. In hospitality, a minimum level of organization, respecting reservations, and proper guest reception is essential. It’s especially unfortunate for the staff who are doing their best amid the difficulties. Their efforts can’t cover the managerial shortcomings. Overall, the stay fell short of our expectations, so we won’t choose this place again or recommend it.

The main positive was the staff’s friendliness. They do their best with the limited resources and deserve recognition, but they seem to lack support from the management. On the downside, there was no hot water, and some rooms had no water at all. The rooms were downgraded compared to our reservations, and at arrival our names weren’t even noted. The owner seemed friendly at first, but his management and attitude were not up to the standard we expect from a hotel manager. Hotels need organization, professionalism, and real attention to guests. It’s a shame, especially for the staff who are doing their best despite the challenges. Given all these issues, we won’t return or recommend this place.
