The room is roomy, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is royal, and cleanliness is impeccable.

The rooms are spacious, check‑in is easy, check‑out is fast, and there’s parking available, though it’s very full. The evening restaurant staff were clumsy and poorly briefed, so the restaurant management still needs improvement. We didn’t like the breakfast; we’re told to hurry at 9:15 because everything is cleared by 10:00, and the tables are set in a cafeteria‑style manner, even with table‑falling trays.

The hotel looks great with a beautiful design, the staff are friendly, and the location is very convenient if you’re heading to a concert at the PSD Bank Dome – a quick and safe walk.

The location is close to the Dome and the view is good, but the towels are very old, used, and smell strange, and there are no hooks to hang them in the bathroom.
