Wonderful stay

“Terrible experience. I have been a long time customer but I doubt I will book with them again.”

They cancelled the booking last minute, without informing me. My parents were on the way from airport to the hotel, and the booking got cancelled. When I called to ask and check whats happened, they had no reason. All they kept saying is they have no rooms available. They even had my credit card on file, and I had updated the booking with estimated arrival time. It was a terrible experience. Not cancelling our booking last minute

“Location is good, hotel is not. There are better properties available. Breakfast is limited”

Rooms were clean. I reached the hotel at about 10.30 pm at night and there was no one in the reception to greet me or offer me rooms. I was asked to wait by the security for almost half an hour after an arduous journey. This is extremely uncalled for and irresponsible behavior. After room confirmation, the ac was not working. Had to shifted again after an hour
