The whole place was very friendly and the garden was well kept. Everything was just so.

We stayed two nights in a pleasant, cozy room with a small balcony. The hotel is tidy and beautiful, with a maintained pool (though it was already too cold for the season) and a koi pond behind. Breakfast was lavish, generous and very varied. When we asked, they gave us two beach towels for the day we took a trip to the nearby beach (St. Andrews, a quarter‑hour away) and the owners were very generous, not charging us for that or for the coffee the owner drank by the pool when we checked in. The hotel sits at the edge of a village that has several restaurants within walking distance, and they provide a brochure recommending local spots, some of which require a drive. On weekends there is less walking distance options. It is worth noting that the village looks deserted because the houses have balconies facing inward, so the street side just has walls with barred windows, giving the impression that there is no life there. I didn’t wander around alone in that area, it felt a bit odd and isolated, but inside the hotel there is a sense of safety and protection, and the location is very good for exploring the area.

The room had terraces and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The reception was impersonal and the checkout process was lacking.

Location eccezionale immersa nel verde. Struttura in posizione perfetta per visite giornaliere in Salento. Camere pulite e spaziose. Staff molto gentile e cortese. Colazione ricchissima con dolce e salato. Che dire? Consigliatissimo. Nulla da eccepire
