The location is very good, close to the center and on a quiet street, walking to all places. Free parking is 8‑10 minutes away. Breakfast is very good and the staff are attentive. The place is nice and the room is clean. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small but useful and clean.

The location is fabulous for getting everywhere or staying close and enjoying Porto fully, right there! Exposed stone walls and coordinating decor were lovely—handy to have a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms (with comfy beds). The host was responsive and caring (provided a crib for the baby). Close coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, live music, and high‑quality Fado nearby. A gem! The kitchen electrical was a little tricky—maybe a sheet of instructions for coffee, cooktop, oven would help.

I stayed in a small but cozy room that was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited to mostly sweets, and the milk in the coffee machine came sweetened; there were also no cosmetics in the bathroom.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is decent. The elevator was slow and kept malfunctioning.
