We had a room facing the street and a shopping market; the open window made it quite noisy, and the lack of curtains was a drawback. The spot is great for visiting Rhine Falls, only a 10‑minute drive away, and the underground parking is free; you just pull in at the front, check in, and get a room card to access the garage, which works fine. Online check‑in is super easy, and even though there’s no on‑site staff, I sent a message with a question and got a quick reply, which was reassuring. The place feels safe and secure. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. There’s a free tea/coffee station in the shared lobby, but none in the room itself—though that was fixed by the lobby machine.
