Le Undici Rose Hotel

The staff were friendly, well‑prepared and very helpful. The location was excellent, close to a large free parking lot and just a two‑minute walk from the center. Considering the bathroom was very small, had no bidet, and the toilet lacked a seat, I might have paid a bit less.

“Nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen!”

The location is good and there is free parking nearby. The staff cannot speak English, we couldn’t get an invoice under a company name, breakfast consisted of a single croissant with no further choice, the reception was never staffed even when we asked when the owner would be there. The rooms are very dark and the photos on the website do not match reality (neither rooms nor breakfast). We were never told about the internet (if there was one at all), so we had to use our own hotspot. Check‑in seemed to be a lucky coincidence of the reception being open, and we never received any information about checkout, so we could only leave the keys.

“Rifarei l'esperienza”

The staff were kind and able to meet all our requests, even arranging a taxi for us at 8 am—a tough task in a city with few taxis—and they even offered to accompany us personally. The parking is very close but is a paid public lot from 8 to 20, so you have to wake up to activate the payment. The bunk bed for the third and fourth person is not comfortable.

“Se l’acqua della doccia fosse stata calda e il gestore conosciuto alla sera (gentile), si fosse fatto rintracciare al ma”

The location is central, but there was no elevator and the breakfast was far from three‑star quality. Most frustrating was the ice‑cold water in the morning, which made showering impossible, and the manager was unreachable by phone when we raised our concerns; even the cleaning lady and breakfast staff didn’t respond. The lady at the front desk was very kind, but even Booking couldn’t resolve our complaints.

“Sicuramente c'è di meglio!!!”

The area is very central, yet the breakfast costs an extra 10 €, and you get better and more food for the same price at the bar.
