I booked a room that had an en suite bathroom, but the map sent me to the wrong spot, and when I arrived at 16h50 the room wasn’t ready. The shower stopped working midway, so I had to rinse the soap with just a trickle of water.

There was nothing positive to mention. The kitchen had no wash basin, the bathroom basin had no plug, there was no mirror in the bathroom, no shower curtain or door, no Wi‑Fi, no restaurant or room service as promised, and no proper parking. You will have to refund the last night because we left the next morning. The bedding was terrible—only blankets—and how can you allow accommodation like this on your platform? Disgusting!
