“Abluftanlage am Balkon”

The reception team was super warm and friendly. However, a vent (probably from the restaurant) on my balcony made the balcony unusable because it was very loud and blew hot air; even with blinds and windows closed, the humming was clearly audible.

“Sembrava meglio dalle foto. Ottimo x la zona”

The umbrellas, lounge chair, parking, and central location were nice. The reception, breakfast, and room were not.

“On y retournera l’année prochaine 😍”

Andreea and Carlotta at the reception were very kind, professional, and friendly. Adriana from the breakfast service was also friendly and nice. Rodica from housekeeping was friendly, kind, and very professional; the cleaning was impeccable. I hope to see them again next year. The noise from the nightclub right below the hotel was a problem; not the music, but the people talking loudly. The club stays open until 7 am, so we had many sleepless nights and couldn’t sleep.

The location was good, you could walk to everything quickly – the beach, local spots, and the pedestrian zone. The tiny balcony with its masonry grilles made me feel like I was in prison. The kitchen’s strong odor and the heat produced by the split air conditioner were extreme.

I especially liked the location – I went to the air show of the tricolor arrows – and that the umbrella and lounger were included in the room price. Parking could use better coordination because we ran into some confusion between the property and the multi‑storey parking they used; all was sorted out eventually.
