The food was good and the staff were courteous and attentive to our requests, though the facilities could be a bit better; overall it was a pleasant stay!

The staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to handle every request. The food at Phosphorus, both the complimentary breakfast and the rest of the menu, was delicious, and the restaurant staff were also incredible. My only gripe: as a tourist, I wish the rooms came with enough toilet paper—I'd gladly pay extra for four full large rolls, just like in the U.S.

The location was good, but parking was insufficient and there was a local bar with a lot of drunk people around. Cleanliness fell short of expectations, and the local bar was inside the complex.
