The beds. I paid to upgrade and room/bathroom had so much wrong with them, goodness knows what the basic room was like. I am disabled and the situation of the hotel was up a steep incline so totally inappropriate for me The shower was disgusting and so bad we couldn't take a shower, toilet seat was broken, barely any water coming out of the tap and only cold water. The fire door to the room was broken and stayed open instead of closing automatically Balcony door could lock but there was no key Finished up moving to another hotel on the Friday, we arrived on the Wednesday, so had to pay almost another £1000 And finally as we left and handed back the key they didn't even asked why we were leaving, couldn't care less Sorry forgot to say that it is a very unwelcomeing hotel

It was very clean and great location. Just a bit noisy at times

The location is convenient, but the bathroom shower is terrible.
