The staff were great; HR was very helpful and waited for me when I arrived late. The room was spacious, the bed was lovely, and it was clean. The breakfast and coffee were excellent—the best coffee I’ve had in Italy was here :))

The hotel is centrally located and run by very welcoming staff. Cleanliness is meticulous, the furnishings are new, and even small details are cared for. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Well done!
