The receptionist, Mrs. Suzana, welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel at home; we were exhausted, but her friendliness and professionalism let us forget that fatigue. Nothing was wrong—everything went perfectly.

The room had a kettle and a microwave, which was handy. The sink in the room was clogged, the bathroom was very dirty, and the walls were thin, so we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms.

The only good thing was the central location, right next to the Pilar and well connected to the Delicias station. There is no reception desk; the staff are just bar waitresses who scan your ID and ask for your details in front of everyone, with no professionalism or privacy. The facilities are very old; the bathroom has a bathtub that lacks grab bars and is slippery when you get in or out. There is only one power outlet in the room, far from the bed. The price is extremely high for the service and quality offered. Check‑out is at 11 am… I would not stay here again; it feels like the worst accommodation I’ve ever been in.

The only positive was the location. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, and even when we asked for the TV to be fixed, we couldn’t watch it at all, nor could we see local channels or Netflix.
