Hey, this place was a nightmare. Not a single cleaning was done in any of the three rooms I stayed in. The hot water only started flowing after I finished my shower. The ground‑floor rooms smelled horrible, and there were cockroaches and ants everywhere. The terrace looked abandoned. I had no positive experiences at all.

The staff, especially Lord Alfonso, were incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly.

We had a balcony, which was relatively close to one of the entrances to the Pompeii ruins. However, the hotel is far from the city center, located in a residential area with no supermarkets or shops nearby. The bathroom was tiny, the sink was in the bedroom, the shower had no water pressure, the building felt old, and the cleaning could have been better. The toilet lid was broken and moved around. There was no toilet paper. We didn’t get fresh towels for three nights, and they were very worn. The bed was uncomfortable, with a metal pallet in the mattress and poorly cushioned pillows. Often at reception there was no one to ask if anything was needed. There was no light on the balcony. We trusted the overall rating, but it was disappointing.
