The staff were GREAT… friendly, welcoming. The resort was very pretty and the three pools were very good. The air conditioning in two rooms didn’t cool; set at 18 °C it was probably 25 °C. The bathrooms faced the outside, and mosquitoes were terrible while sitting on the toilet! After a heavy rain, there was 2 in. of water on the floor while sitting on the toilet…with mosquitoes! Neither room had hot water.

The villas are great with private pools, and the beach access is immediate and very convenient. The gym, laundry, and market are right next door, so there's nothing else to add. Nothing else to complain about, just a few minor issues.

The location is fabulous, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was excellent, very peaceful, and the ocean views were priceless; I couldn't find any faults with the hotel.

We enjoyed the spectacular location, between mountains and ocean, the beautiful pools and gardens and kind and attentive staff. No other hotel on the beach has such an open outlook, nor quite such lovely gardens. The courtesy here begins with the Management and filters right down to the youngest trainee! Best value in Pemuteran. We loved everything about Adi Assri
