The breakfast was excellent, with everything you could ask for, and the staff were fantastic. I only think the meal prices for members and non‑members could be a bit lower or that drinks should be included.

We really enjoyed our stay at INATEL Castelo de Vide. The hotel sits in the town centre, with restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Our bedroom offered an amazing view of the surrounding mountains, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good selection to start the day. The hotel is also within walking distance of the castle, though you’ll need to climb a bit! Castelo de Vide itself is a beautiful town, with charming cobbled streets, narrow roads and plenty of character. Nothing else to note.
