I had no good moments at all; this is the worst hotel I've ever been to and there were no facilities.

The location was great and the staff responded quickly when we asked for iron and tissues, showing they were accommodating. The room was spacious, and when we discovered they only accepted cash payment, they let us pay later and waited, which we appreciated. On the downside, the reception was difficult to deal with: I had added my Visa card as the payment method when booking, but they didn’t charge it and insisted on cash or a local card, which we didn’t have. There was no international machine, and they didn’t mention this in the booking details or messages, leaving us unprepared. The room itself was below average and dated, with a dirty bed that had tears in the bedding. The door lock was faulty, requiring us to lock it at least five times before it actually secured, so double‑check the lock before leaving. We also heard pounding sounds—likely construction—almost even during sleeping hours.
