The location, space, staff, and view were all excellent, but the TV selection lacked French channels and bedside lamps were missing.

The view of Place Saint Marc was breathtaking—you step out of your room and you’re there.

The location and view were fine, but the room was outside the hotel, breakfast was served outside our room and the canteen quality was poor; in the room a fridge stayed empty the whole stay, plastic glasses were used, the technical equipment was outdated, there was no way to adjust the air conditioning, and there was no direct line or security that met European standards—unacceptable.

Fabulous location, view over Piazza San Marco was amazing. A privilege to be able to stay in such a historic building. Perfect for going out early in the morning to take photos before the crowds arrived. Room was large, extremely clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. Extra pillows in the cupboard should you need them. An excellent base to enjoy your holiday from and explore Venice. Good value for money, especially considering the location. Not a big deal for us, but no plug for the sink and the jacuzzi bath doesn't work - however there is a shower, and always plenty of hot water
