The location to the venue was a benefit.

The staff and the location were good, but there were large cobwebs on both sides of the bed and running along the wall; the pool was not used because children’s swimming lessons were happening, so I didn’t feel comfortable going in.

I love how close the hotel is to Telford Shopping Centre – just a five‑minute walk, and I didn’t have any complaints at all.

The hotel is a pleasant spot just off the M54 and they offer free parking, which was great. My room was spotless and very cozy, and the staff were welcoming; I booked breakfast and had no issues with the selection or quality of the food.
