The room was very nice, breakfast was average, the staff were friendly, and the pool was perfect. The dinner we had at the hotel felt more like a youth hostel than a restaurant.

The rooms, heated indoor pool, and restaurant with a view are good. There’s a lack of accessibility and the reception staff could show more respect.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with a wonderful lake view and a short walk to the center. The staff are very kind and always ready to meet our requests; breakfast and dinner are excellent. I’d suggest setting rules for the pool area to keep it calm, limit children playing ball or diving, and enforce stricter controls to prevent minors from entering the spa; also, drinks (even just water and lemon) should be available after leaving, because they’re always empty.
