“Overall disappointing. has potential to be much better with a deep clean needed”

The swimming pool was great—very big, with three separate pools at different depths—but the sunbeds were leather and so hot in the sun. The location was excellent, just a short walk to 7/11, the beach, and many dining options. The cleaning and staff were VERY POOR: when we first arrived, the room we were given was disgusting, with a bed that had blood stains and other people’s hair on the sheets, clearly not changed; the toilet seat was broken, black mould covered the shower, surfaces hadn’t been wiped, and the overall feel was grimy. We politely asked to move rooms, which seemed fine, and the second room was better, but afterward the staff seemed to dislike us, were extremely unhelpful, and refused to answer questions such as whether a laundry service existed (it doesn’t). We also had to argue with staff to get our 500 baht deposit back at checkout, as they claimed we never paid it, which was false.
