“It met my needs for shelter and sleep, however I could have received the same from a budget motel.”
The non‑contact check‑in was straightforward and let me arrive whenever I wanted. The common room offered food storage, self‑serve food, and tea/coffee. The stairwell and some preserved architecture of the building were very nice. The décor was basic and didn’t match the curated “boutique hotel” vibe I expected. A slow drip of water came from a pipe above/near the bed. A muffled TV or music noise from other rooms played most of the night until about 3 am. The lack of staff on site was risky; I was approached on the street and asked for money, so help wasn’t available from the hotel. The bed was too high for me to get in comfortably.
