“Lovely hotel with harbour view setting”

The spot is perfect for watching boats and enjoying the sea, and the room was spotless with a nice tea tray. The facilities were solid, breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were friendly even when busy. It’s a solid base for exploring Cornwall from a charming harbour view. On the downside we paid extra for a harbour‑view room, yet it sat above the outdoor seating area and became loud, especially from staff after 11 pm—something we should have known about before booking. Dinner at the restaurant fell short; we had to request the dessert menu twice and still didn’t receive it, and a new menu launch was happening without any heads‑up, making the evening noisy and rushed. When we mentioned this to reception the next morning, the staff member was rude and dismissive.

The sea view and customer service were both excellent. The only downside was the departure process.

Posto meraviglioso, ottimo ristorante, birre eccezionali e colazione favolosa. Il contesto in cui è collocato è da cartolina. La stanza un pò piccola ma ci tornerei.
