She was charming, attending to me from 10 to 1000, and I noticed she did the same for everyone else—attentive and kind, resolving issues. People like that should be in every hotel; we’ll come back. The shower was broken; you couldn’t shower properly, no support for the shower head, and the balcony door wouldn’t close.
