The location is good, the coffee shop is nice, and the air‑conditioning works well, but the TV selection is lacking.

I chose this hotel as my priority to reach Anhembi or Expo Center Norte, just 5 min from the Tietê bus station, and the value for money and service were great.

The hotel is near Expo Center Norte and the metro station, but the room is extremely small, has no hangers, no table or luggage support, no shower protection, and the water never heated.
