We liked the AC placement, it didn't blow directly at the bed. We didn't like the bed; the mattress was super soft. The toilet had a leak and the drips were like Chinese torture. We had to use the stairs, which were very dirty and the walls were also poorly maintained.

The hotel’s location is close to the beach and restaurants. The parking is expensive (it could be offered as a courtesy) and service is slow; breakfast offers a wide variety but low quality, and the breakfast service is somewhat chaotic with a long line to sit at a table.

The staff were very attentive and the location is great, near the beach and many shops and restaurants. However, urgent maintenance is needed for some rooms, like apartment 2811—paying for a luxury stay and getting a broken mirror, falling door handles, a jammed window, etc. is unacceptable; customers pay more for better, distinctive accommodations.

The rooms were organized and spotless, and even though the hotel sits on a busy avenue, I heard no street noise. It’s close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the beach, and they kindly provided a small bed and a pot of food and drink for my traveling pet.

Breakfast was excellent, shower and bed wonderful. The elevator was crowded and slow.
