Breakfast was great, and the spot right next to the subway and shopping center is awesome. The room we booked for four people felt pretty small because of the four beds. The extra bed was very tiny and hard.

Nothing good. They didn’t offer quadruple rooms for four people as I booked; instead they sold a double bed plus two single beds, which isn’t true… The rooms actually have a double bed and a 70 cm sofa bed, so you can’t move around. The staff were very unpleasant.

The front‑desk lady named Brunhilde needs training in guest etiquette. She was very loud and read our personal details, like names and room numbers, out loud. Every single sentence she used “my loves,” which was just annoying. She then gestured wildly to tell us we’d driven into the wrong parking lot (Milaneo parking) and that we should leave immediately because it’s expensive. She explained where the hotel parking is, where we had driven in, and only then could we see it was already full. That was really bad and could be organized better.
