No positives to mention. The entrance area, the door, and the elevator all look like service zones rather than guest spaces.

The location is just a couple blocks from Mill Ave and a few more to ASU, making it ideal for a school visit or a freshman drop‑off, and the price for a clean room with good service was spot‑on.

The hotel’s location was perfect for the convention I was attending, the staff were very friendly and helpful, though the Wi‑Fi could have been a touch faster; otherwise I was very satisfied.
