Building is very old No lift no food service We pay for five star 🌟 facility But service is not deserve 2 star

Located close to Sonmarg market yet secluded in terms of views and surroundings. Good lawns and view of Thejwas. Rooms are nice and cozy. Large enough for 2 people’s stay and small enough to keep room warm during peak winters. It’s a small property so choice of rooms is limited. Everything else is good

The place is in a great spot, the food is good, and the staff are helpful. The room had no bath towel initially but it was delivered after we asked. The intercom didn’t work, the TV is very old, and Netflix is unusable.
