“Great fascilities, needs improvement in couple of areas.”
The location was decent enough; we love walking and could stroll along the river straight to the city centre, which was a pleasant walk, and there were a few good restaurants nearby. The room itself was very nice and cozy. The breakfast, however, was not up to hotel standards; we were served a meal with only tea or coffee as an option, and there were hardly any other choices. I also disliked the receptionist’s unwelcoming attitude—she never smiled or said welcome, which felt especially off after a long flight, especially since even the local taxi drivers were greeting us warmly in Kazakhstan.
