The view was nice and the food was good, but the room I booked had a balcony in the photos and mine didn’t, which was disappointing; the smart TV had no smart features, another let‑down for the high price I paid, and the path up to the resort could be better—though I know that’s not entirely the hotel’s fault, they could push the authorities to improve the roads.

I paid 10k per day for this place, but the service was awful; front‑office staff behaved badly and there’s no parking, though breakfast and the location were decent.
