The view from the property was truly stunning. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. Almost none of the amenities listed on Booking were actually provided. Even though the weather was warm and it was peak season, neither the swimming pool nor the hot tub was available. No one greeted us upon arrival, so we had to find our own way in. The only staff member present spoke no English, making communication impossible, and we had to wait about an hour just to be let into our room. Cleanliness was poor, with noticeable flies and mosquitoes throughout the property. Additionally, the location was poorly described and hard to reach.
