“on a hill in chapinero......poorly maintained.....i wont go back....”

I didn’t like much about this hotel; I wouldn’t stay there again. The place was poorly maintained: the tiles in the bathroom were dirty, the shower worked well sometimes, but one day we had no water at all, so no shower that day. The “kitchen” was unusable because the microwave didn’t work and all the electric cables were plugged into one socket. There wasn’t a cup, saucer, knife, fork, spoon, or plate in the “kitchen,” so was it really a kitchen or just a fridge and a sink? The room was so noisy I had to use earplugs at night; the TV worked okay. I didn’t choose the cheapest room when I booked, so I feel cheated. I was charged an extra 10,000 COP for “early check‑in” even though the room was empty and waiting for me. It’s a very poor hotel; in my opinion, it’s a bad experience.

“El mejor lugar”

I liked the hospitality of the people who attend you, as well as their beautiful, comfortable, and cozy facilities. I don’t really have any bad comments, just a suggestion that they offer breakfast service.

The staff treatment and excellent location. There is street noise because it’s a busy area; I recommend the basement rooms as they are the quietest, but keep in mind they have no windows facing outside.
