“Casa rural rústica”

The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. I love the minibar option and the fridge for putting something in. The hydro‑massage shower almost flooded the bathroom. We didn’t try breakfast because €8 per person feels like a robbery.

A rural house with very charming common areas. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. In the room it was a bit chilly and the heating didn’t work (or we couldn’t get it to turn on). Getting to the house parking with a car was a bit difficult.

A pretty rural location, very well equipped bathroom. The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable.

The natural surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The roads are lightly trafficked, and the location is equidistant to important historical sites like Santo Domingo de la Calzada and other small towns with interesting monasteries and churches. From the rural house you can walk to San Millán de la Cogolla. Logroño is also relatively close, as are the numerous high‑quality wineries in cities like Haro. A noteworthy point is the excellent treatment by all the people responsible for daily maintenance of this rural house. The first day’s arrival was difficult, but once you know the network of regional roads, there are no problems. We would have liked more public bus service in nearby villages so we wouldn't always have to drive. Buses are scarce and have a very limited schedule. Otherwise everything was very good.
