Hotel Il Nido

Spacious room, nicely and comfortably furnished. Balcony with sea view, private beach with free loungers and shower. Staying by the sea was truly ideal accommodation. The breakfast room also had a sea view. We were very satisfied. At breakfast, there was a lack of a larger selection of fruit and vegetables. But we understand that a typical Italian breakfast doesn't include those, it was more focused on sweets as usual, so overall it was fine.

The spot right on the cliff over the sea and the private parking you can reach by steps is brilliant, but the only thing that slightly annoyed me was that everyone is ushered out of the dining room right after breakfast ends. Be on time to enjoy the buffet and the view!

We loved the stunning view from the hotel, but for older folks like my grandparents, there are way too many stairs and no elevator, making it impossible to reach the beach, the room, or the breakfast hall with ease. There are 200 stairs between the room and the sea, not mentioned on the website, and it’s hard to feel comfortable if you have limited mobility.

The hotel’s location and the ability to have a parking spot for the car, plus a free private beach accessible to guests, are great. The downside is the lack of an elevator to reach the rooms.

“Due giornate stupende”

The place is a little off‑center but still convenient for a walk. The building has modern furnishings, a private beach, and terraces with a solarium. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Nothing to complain about.
