The location was excellent and the lion tours were great; the staff were very helpful.
We received a warm welcome from a skilled, professional staff who listened to us. The meals—both breakfast and dinner—were hearty and featured African dishes. We really enjoyed the walking bush tour with lions, which was well‑guided and brought us close to the animals. The second outing with other felines (cheetahs, hyenas, serval, etc.) was very informative, and we learned a lot about the research and rehabilitation center for big cats. Standing just a few meters from the cheetahs left a strong impression. The only drawback was the lack of adapters for European plugs.

The dinner was wonderful in three courses—starter, main, dessert—beautifully presented and of excellent quality, and the breakfast was also very good. Walking with the lions and seeing the cubs was sensational. However, we couldn’t pick up or touch the cubs that day because they were getting too agitated; we were frustrated because we had been waiting to pet them, but we understood that respecting the animals comes first. Nothing else to add.
The staff and services were solid.

I had an unforgettable experience: sleeping while hearing lions roar was surreal and thrilling. The whole staff was very attentive, the facilities are excellent, and the nature contact is unique—definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend it!
