The value for money was solid, but I felt the reception staff could have shown more empathy, and the hotel’s rules felt overly strict.

The staff’s service was excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The only bright spot was the reception staff; the price was exorbitant for what was offered, the rooms were tiny and outdated, and the breakfast was ordinary, making this a pass‑by hotel rather than a place to enjoy.
