The area is nice and quiet, just a short walk from Yotsuya station. I loved the lounge area with complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks, and having a washing machine was a great bonus. Nothing else to add.

The staff were friendly and the hotel sits near several U-Bahn and train lines, the room lighting was good and the shower was fine. The first room, however, was full of mold, musty and smelled like an old damp basement. We switched rooms and the new one was slightly better because the odor was less intense, but rooms that stink of mold and mildew are truly disgusting. The hotel is completely dilapidated; every corner and crack is dirty, crumbs litter the common lounge, hallway and rooms, and it seems the vacuum never reaches the edges. The lift carpet is barely intact, only the base material remains. All furniture has ugly stains, and the walls in the rooms are covered with them. Corners are cut off everywhere. The cabinet door barely opens or closes because it’s so jagged, and the wallpaper peels at several spots. The exhaust fan is a mix of grime and rust. The tiny kitchenette in the room is so revolting that we never ate there because it really kills the appetite, especially with the stale smell.

The location was convenient for check‑in and check‑out. The room felt like a single‑person student apartment and was old.

The location, room facilities, hotel facilities, and amenities were all great. Nothing was lacking.
