The hotel was cozy, spotless, with gorgeous gardens, staff who were very friendly and respectful, and the location was excellent. The room had no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open and mosquitoes got in.

The accommodation looks nice, but the beds are very hard. I asked to be placed on the first floor, yet upon arrival the staff said Bukin had not given any instructions about that. The beds are hard and high.

Very good location. Ants in the room, rooms facing a patio that is very loud at all hours, and mediocre cleanliness. I had food poisoning and a fever and asked the front desk to go to a pharmacy to get me some medicine, but they told me it was “not their job.”
