मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The hotel was simple yet comfortable, the staff were very attentive and friendly, they responded well to our request for a ground‑floor room and added a crib for our baby, the buffet breakfast was good, but the shower was uncomfortable.

We liked the breakfast, it was fairly varied (though could be better), the place is very quiet, but the check‑in was too late and the check‑out too early, they rush you and charge for luggage depending on how long you leave it, they never clarify that the hotel is on an uphill slope which makes it hard for many older guests to come from the center, the building also lacks an elevator and has very narrow stairs, the pillows were extremely worn, we slept badly, and in the bathroom the shower was either too hot or too cold, the space was too small.

The menu could be varied more, but the bathroom security was lacking.

The location was good, but the heat in the rooms was impossible to adjust yourself, there were no blackout curtains on the windows, and the room assigned faced a noisy construction site.
