“Fantastic Halloween break”
The end of the season was a holiday, but the staff were brilliant. Special thanks to Osman at reception for organizing rooms and smooth transfers. The dining team was fantastic, and Wahad and Kadir were exceptional, serving all eight of us quickly. The massage and hamam experience were great; I had a full package that included foam massage and whole‑body massage for 50 euro. Zulficar and Emre were very professional and caring toward all clients. Thanks to the water‑sports crew for arranging a full‑day cruise for 25 euro per person and supplying paddle boards and float boats. What makes this hotel special is its people, all working hard to give the best experience. The location and proximity to the beach are huge advantages, and local bazaars are cheaper than Bodrum’s. Bags, jerseys, and many other items for 5 euro make a big difference compared to the main Bodrum bazaars. There are plenty of cats around, but the staff keep them away from the dining room, which is great. Turtles and gardens are an extra bonus. Three swimming pools and a game room made a difference when it rained all day for the teenage boys. Even on unexpectedly bad weather, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was fantastic. I was confused by the many negative comments before booking, but this hotel exceeded my expectations.
