Avoid! This place is foul! Here are a couple of pictures of the bedsheet, feces, not ironed – the poo was my main concern, obviously. They declined my refund request – they clearly think that’s ok where they live! Not here, sunshine!

The location is great, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the room itself was tidy; the reception staff were friendly, polite, and very patient with my autism. However, the shower was too high to step into, there was no TV remote, and the bathroom floor was wet when I entered the room, which could have caused a slip; I had to mop it up with a towel, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I’d like the management to ensure we get a nice, comfortable room with a sofa when we arrive next week. Room 19 is in terrible condition.
