Very good stay in a spacious room, friendly staff ready to help with any request, located in a quiet area surrounded by green and nature. I recommend staying here! Breakfast could be better, otherwise everything was fine.

Nice staff, beautiful nature. However, many small unfinished details ruined the rest.

The owner welcomed us warmly, the room felt cozy and the breakfast was excellent. The house is on a peaceful spot and a short walk to the city centre.

Davit, the host, is an amazing person who puts all his effort into your comfort and helps in any way he can. Each morning he prepared beautiful, filling Armenian breakfasts which were different each of the 5 mornings we spent there. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, with a fridge and cute balcony with 2 table and chairs. The ensuite toilet and shower worked well with endless hot water. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location close to hiking trails, supermarkets, and everything you need in walking distance. Thankyou Davit

The property sits just outside the town centre on a dirt road. David is truly very welcoming and helpful. The place has a pleasant, well‑kept garden. The bathroom is very basic and the breakfast a bit too industrial, even though it is plentiful.
