It’s truly a beautiful hotel with a stunning pool and gorgeous décor, the furniture is exquisite and the rooms are spacious, yet the pool area lacked music—something you’d expect at an adults‑only resort—and there were odd extra charges, like paying for a beach parasol, plus several card authorisations that were only returned at checkout, which felt strange.

The art deco style was beautiful, the staff were great, and there were no children. However, there was an issue ordering room service through the QR code menu provided in the room.
