Cleanliness was sometimes not okay, for example in the elevator and there were stains on the chair at the desk.

We felt completely at ease in this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are cozy, and the hotel’s location is superb. The lobby is especially noteworthy for its beautifully designed interior and exterior seating areas, which are very comfortable and great for relaxing. The only downside was that the breakfast seemed less varied than last year; we’d like a bit more variety. Overall, a truly nice hotel that we’d gladly return to.
