The staff went above and beyond; the manager personally tracked my lost luggage from Istanbul airport and had it delivered before I left Konya, and even offered me a ride to the airport at 2:30 am. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the peaceful city of Konya. They could, however, provide airport pickup and drop‑off for a modest fee, which would add value to their already great service.
