Location + hosts. Not up to date, cutlery, pots, etc. are outdated.

The location was good. The bathroom was worn out, unkempt, the room smelled, no staff was seen, I didn’t receive a room access code and had to ask in the adjacent restaurant, no room cleaning during my stay, 116,00 € per night is definitely too expensive for this downgrade.
