I met Nelson on arrival and he seemed very friendly, though I’m not sure if there were other staff to comment on. The 2nd‑floor bathroom was always dirty and lacked toilet paper, probably because of other guests; we should all follow the house rules. I paid for breakfast in my reservation, but neither of the two days I stayed, I was ever served breakfast. The room I booked was excellent—clean and warm.

The cleanliness was a perfect 10, the location was close to everything and very quiet, plus the owner was very friendly. Nothing else to add, I liked everything!

Nelson’s service was outstanding. The area has several shops nearby and is generally a quiet zone, making it a very good spot.
